Eligibility for Returns
Ready Stock Items

Ready stock products are eligible for return if a request is raised within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.

Free from stains, odours, or alterations

Returned with original tags, labels, and packaging intact

The return shipment must be dispatched within 10 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Orders purchased using store credit

These items are made or reserved specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps, which may include a return or refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds are issued as store credit, shared via email, unless otherwise stated.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Shipping Costs

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
Cancellations

Orders for ready stock items may be cancelled only if the request is received before the order is processed or shipped.

Made-to-order and customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
